Jennifer Lanter

Jennifer Lanter is the irreverent cohost of the Not So Perfect Radio Show and Paige McCoy Smith’s BFF. However, thankfully that is not Jennifer’s only claim to fame. She has been in the field of communications for over 12 years and when she is not bantering with Paige and making random comments she is the Director of Public Information for large child welfare non-profit organization in Fort Worth, TX.

Jennifer has extensive media experience and has worked with People magazine, Oprah Winfrey Network, Lifetime, MTV and several other media outlets. Jennifer is passionate about public speaking and loves spreading the Not so Perfect message to audiences everywhere.

As a Fort Worth native, Jennifer Lanter received her communications degree from the University of Texas in Arlington. She began her career at the Gladney Center and has since dedicated her career to advocating for women and children.

Jennifer strives to live a balanced life embracing her imperfections, laughing at herself and loving her friends and family with her whole heart.

She enjoys reading, Pilates/yoga, cooking, gardening, trashy reality television and working with the youth group at her church.

Jennifer is married to her soul mate and has two children ages 13 and 6. Her dog Bella is also a very important part of her life.
